Location, apartment, and the hostess were great!

I didn’t care for the pillows. They were a little too hard for me.

I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The host was 100% available from the very beginning, making communication easy and helping us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The accommodation is impeccable: comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, and full of thoughtful details that made our stay truly wonderful. On top of that, the location is outstanding, just a few steps away from Madrid’s main highlights and attractions! I am extremely grateful for both the excellent hospitality and the high quality of the accommodation. I can do nothing but highly recommend it. Thank you very much!

We had the most incredible experience staying in this apartment in Madrid. From the moment we arrived, Noella was absolutely amazing. She personally met us at the apartment, welcomed us warmly, and took the time to show us everything we needed to know. It immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The attention to detail was beyond anything we’ve experienced before. Noella provided so many thoughtful extras at no additional cost — high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, beautifully prepared and ready for us. Each person staying in the apartment even received a special gift, including white slippers, a toiletry bag, and a sponge. It was such a lovely and unexpected touch. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need — not just plates, cutlery, and cookware, but also dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, coffee pods with a coffee machine ready to go, filtered water, a variety of tea bags, different sugars, cakes, and little treats in the lounge room. We honestly didn’t need to buy anything extra. The apartment itself was spotless, extremely clean and hygienic, and everything felt brand new and of the highest quality. You can tell that so much care goes into maintaining it. The location was perfect — close to major shopping strips, cafés, and right in the middle of a busy, buzzing area, yet still comfortable and relaxing inside.
