Bright Luxury apt. Puerta del Sol - Madrid

Terrific apartment with amazing location. The staff were very responsive.

1) A few things were not functioning properly (bedside lamp; garbage bins pedals not working; no internet access in bedroom near kitchen, water didn’t get hot enough) and 2) there should be some basic cleaning supplies (garbage bags for kitchen & bathrooms; dishwashing liquid; laundry soap; paper towels…) 3) as checkout time is 11am, there should be the possibility of leaving luggage in the apartment for a few hours but these are very easily remedied.

La ubicación, el apartamento en sí, grande y amueblado con gusto. Situado justo en frente del teatro Albéniz. En las 4 noches que pernoctamos, no escuchamos ruidos del exterior. Cuatro habitaciones dobles, dos de ellas muy amplias (una con vestidor y la otra con baño). Las otras dos bien de tamaño. Camas cómodas. Salvo algún matiz referente a la limpieza, muy buen apartamento.

Podría estar más limpio. Las cortinas, sobre todo las de la cocina, necesitan un buen lavado y los cojines, al menos sus fundas, también. Algunos tenían olor desagradable. Son pequeños matices que hacen que te fijes más en el resto del piso y resten a la hora de opinar. El check in nos lo retrasaron 2 horas y media porque habían tenido un percance con una hoja de cristal de la ducha (recogimos varios trozos de cristal por todo el apartamento durante los dos días siguientes), aunque nos permitieron dejar el equipaje dentro, pero el check out, les solicitamos poder dejar las maletas aunque fuera un par de horas, compensando el haber hecho el check in más tarde, y no hubo manera, nos remitían a una consigna de equipaje cercana, 60€ tuvimos que abonar.
