Die Lage ist super, die Betten bequem und es war sauber

Leider sehr schlechter Check in und dazu keine Kontaktmöglichkeit. Bei allen Rufnummern ging niemand ran. Viele defekte Dinge wie Küchenblende fiel ab, kein Warmwasser in der Küche, Nachttisch kaputt, eine Nachttischlampe ohne Funktion, Duschkopf defekt, Sessel bis aufs Holz durchgesessen, Deckenstrahler im Bad hing an Kabel von der Decke, Steckdose aus der Wand. Und offensichtlich fehlende Malerarbeiten in Küche und Bad nach Wasserschaden (Braune Wand). Kein Geschirrtuch in der Küche. An Tag 3 wurden die Betten vollständig abgezogen, sowie Handtücher entfernt und ein Stapel frischer Wäsche auf dem Sofa liegen gelassen, obwohl 4 Tage gebucht und bestätigt war. Zu erreichen war niemand und behoben wurde es nicht. Also Betten selbst wieder bezogen Einfach schlecht und keinerlei Reaktion der Vermietung

Location was perfect, very central and near the metro. Check in was super easy, but you do need to have a smart phone to download an app to access the building and then the apartment, but it was easy - and a set of keys were waiting on the table. The apartment is large with plenty of space and nicely decorated. Very relieved the Air conditioning worked well as it was hot during our stay!

We asked for a later check out and had no response at all, a simple no would have been suffice. However the rest of our stay was absolutely fine. Could do with having some tea and coffee supplies and a few more toilet rolls, but there’s a carrefour near by so we managed to get supplies

Location was great. The apartment was roomy.

The host was not reachable when you had questions. Such as about the missing iron, the frying pans that don't work on the induction stove top and the wifi issues. To reach the host a request had to be made through booking.com in London.
