Clean apartment. Good seating and dining space for 6 people. 2 of 3 rooms were small to position 2 suitcases (1 per guest) - to be expected for european, centrally located apartment. Wardrobes were very spacious. Bathroom and showers were good. Great location for walking around city.

Very clean, very secure and safe, three balconies with views up and down the street, amazing location but off the main road so it was quiet, had everything we needed. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms so we could retreat to our own spaces after spending all day together.

There were only very small ledges around the bathroom sinks for four of us to place our toiletries. A couple of small shelves would have been more convenient. Same with the bedside tables in the bedrooms. They were so tiny there was barely enough room for a phone.

The property is spacious, has all the amenities and it is well located.

The kitchen area and living area were pretty and comfortable. The apartment was very clean. There was an elevator. The cleaning staff was very kind.

The apartment was very small compared to other apartments we stayed in Madrid during our trip for the same price in a much better area. Yes, it was close to Plaza del Sol and Gran Via but the street was very very bad. We had the 3 bedroom apartment facing Calle de la Salud. Full of prostitutes, homeless people pooping, peeing and vomiting right outside the door making enjoying the balcony impossible. Many streets in Madrid get cleaned and disinfected regularly, this is not one of them. Large communal trash bins were right outside the door/below balcony so there were just piles of trash around on the sidewalk. Did not feel safe walking around there in the evenings with children. The bedrooms were very small, difficult to even open a suitcase and the bathrooms were very small with little hot water. It was also very difficult to find the apartment even with the instructions given by the staff - they said the Google Maps is incorrect.
