Very centrally located. Secure entrance.
The elevator was not functional for about 1/2 of our stay, which was awful being on the 5th floor. The regular windows all opened into a center space that smelled terrible, so opening them for airflow made the entire flat smell of sewer and cigarettes. There was construction outside our building so there was nearly constant noise from cement trucks, jackhammers, cranes and other heavy machinery.
