La posizione è perfetta-ottima! A 2 passi da Plaza Mayor: tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Inoltre appartamento molto pulito e ben arredato.
Il divano letto non è comodo. Per 2 l'appartamento è perfetto (letto matrimoniale super) ma i 2 che usano il divano letto sono sacrificati: materasso molto sottile

Localização perfeita, janelas anti ruído, extremamente limpo e com todas as facilidades: roupas de cama, edredom extra, toalhas de banho e de rosto extra. Anfitrião respondeu rapidamente a todas as minhas mensagens.
Escadas para chegar na acomodação - seria importante informar no anúncio. Anfitrião também tinha esquecido de me enviar a senha de entrada no prédio, o que me atrapalhou um pouco na hora do check-in. Sugestão: adicionar às instruções uma imagem da entrada do prédio, pois é um pouco confuso pra encontrar.

La atención y servicio fue excelente, ayudándonos incluso a ingresar al alojamiento antes de la hora pactada, ya que hicieron un esfuerzo extra en la limpieza del alojamiento para tenerlo listo antes. Toda la descripción del alojamiento es exactamente igual a lo descrito en la publicación, gran espacio, limpieza impecable, zona fantástica y segura (prácticamente en el corázon de Madrid) haciendo muy cómoda nuestra estancia. Gran detalle el darnos la bienvenida con una botella de vino blanco. Recomiendo ampliamente el alojamiento.
