q hay contenedores de basura en la calle frente a la casa y algunas veces esta sucio ( la calle)

The house is really beautiful and big, looks exactly like the photos. The staff were super friendly and supportive, and very easy to talk to. We asked for early check in and they allowed us to enter sooner, was really helpful. Also, the whole place was very clean and they provide some very useful amenities (e.g. coffee, dish soap…).

The floor really needs some repair since it’s a bit irregular and noisy. Also, the Wi-Fi is very poor, only works on the living room. There were some party/loud neighbour during the night, making ir hard to sleep (only one day).

The apartment was in a superb location close to Plaza Mayor It was handy for bus routes and 5 minutes walk from the Metro The apartment was large and airy and had a lovely traditional feel to it . Bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen well equipped

The administration was not very good . We got asked to fill in arrival form (labelled as the "boarding pass") which we got late in the week before our Monday arrival . Part of this was to pay a 300 euro damage deposit or 18 euros for a damage waiver . This I completed and paid for the deposit . We were informed at 6.00 am on the Monday of our departure that the deposit hadn't been paid . The advice given was to speak to my bank - not feasible with travelling to the airport and flight. I then paid for the waiver twice , having worked out myself that the issue was related to "pending transactions" , not under my control.(On my advice in the end I paid for 1 waiver only all other transactions were not finalised. No communication was received to confirm this) The hosts were less that helpful , all communication was in Spanish . Furthermore when it came for departure and a request for a late check out , via the Booking chat -- I was told they no longer managed the apartment and to speak with Booking,com directly. Seems to me they need to look into their business processes & timings used . The unease caused to a group of 5 pensioners could easily have been avoided . We have paid for the apartment up front and the deposit could have been collected at the property . The key access via a mobile phone worked ok after some teething issues , however this may not suit all In all poorly administered , although in fairness a boiler issue was sorted out within 8 hours

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt! Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig.

Der Vermieter - es ist eine Katastrophe. Der Preis für die Wohnung ist schon sehr hoch. Dazu kommt dann noch eine pauschale Gebühr für die Abnutzung (!) der Wohnung. Dies wird aber erst beim Check-In kommuniziert und da kann man nicht mehr zurück. Ferner wird ein Late Checkout gegen Gebühr angeboten - dies habe ich angenommen und bezahlt. Leider konnte uns bis zum Anreisetag um 10.30 (!) dies trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht bestätigt werden. Und da wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass es nicht möglich sei und wir um 11 Uhr aus der Wohnung müssen! Zu allem Überfluss krachte mitten in der ersten Nacht auch noch die Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer von der Wand… Gott sei Dank ist keinem etwas passiert. Wifi funktioniert nur im Wohnzimmer gut, indem Schlafzimmer geht es so gut wie gar nicht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ansonsten ist ok (alles eher recht einfach und billig) - aber entspricht in kleinster Weise dem Preis! Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super - aber sonst eine echte Katastrophe!
