The location, the apartment-both great! The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. Washroom was with 2 sinks and large.
The service personnel was always available- we had an issue with door codes and it was fixed in the seconds.

Can’t beat a central location (and supermarket around the corner) the apartment was very clean. Good if you’re looking for nightlife and want to stay near the historical center with all the touristy restaurants and places nearby.
Noise was the worst ever! Imagine sleeping above a street full of bars open till early morning. With no sound proof windows. “Madrid is a city full of life” they’d tell you. For a family visit with children I’d prefer to stay in a more quiet and peaceful area like Salamanca next time.
