Air conditioning didn't work very well

Sin duda la ubicación y la relación calidad precio.Volveria por la ubicación con vistas a la Plaza Mayor.

Las escaleras, es un cuarto piso con techos altos que es como subir a un 8º. La comunicación con los responsables, son respuestas automáticas y no te resuelven dudas ni te ofrecen soluciones, por lo que el servicio de atención al cliente es bastante mejorable. La cama del dormitorio grande se mueve y no duermes con estabilidad y seguridad.

Ac units don’t keep up with August heat on the 5th floor so we didn’t sleep well due to heat and didn’t get response from our questions to host/manager. Otherwise the location and rooftop made up for it!!

The beds were very hard. Pictures of the apartment make it look a lot bigger than it is. There are 3 double beds, but in the living area the seating area would only take at best 4 persons, others would have to sit at the table if 6 persons were to occupy the apartment. The air conditioning is noisy in one bedroom and very poor in the living area and bedroom 2. Kitchen ok along with a good TV. To get to the apartment there are 100 steps, not for the infirm or unfit. The key code is electronic so you need a smart phone and the codes are not transferable so had it on one phone only. There were keys for the downstairs door but no key for apartment. The roof top was all very nice on the pictures but the doorway to get to the roof was about 4 foot tall. Great views, but in the summer sun not a usable space too hot.
