The location is superb, 5-7 min walk to Sol station, where you could take the metro line easily. Plenty of good restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Despite the central location, there’s no noise issue during night time. The apartment itself is very clean, kitchen is equipped with utensils and cooking tools to prepare breakfast or simple meals. We don’t have problem with the door-opening app, and we got refunded with the damage deposit in 2 days after we check out.

The A/C isn’t quite working, we were staying in this apartment in July when the temperature could go as high as 40C in daytime. But even we set to the lowest temperature of the A/C, the room temperature remains at 26-27C at night time, which made us very difficult to sleep. We contacted the host to come and check twice, they said it works fine. At the end, we didn’t bother, but asked for more electric fans. But this issue has put my score from 9 to 8.

Pesimo el servicio para poder ingresar. Aunque sabiamos que la entrega es a las 3 de la tarde, el vuelo se adelanto y llegamos a las 10 de la mañana. AL comunicarse al telefono indicado, es una operadora que repite el proceso de ingreso que aparece en la pagina, pero se demoran en contestar, hasta que una persona de aseo ingreso y nos ayudo a comunicarnos a otro numero. Nos indicaron que a la una podrian entregar, llegamos a la 1:30 y que no la entregaban sino hasta las 3, estando ya lista. No ayudaron con el equipaje, el servicio al cliente pesimo.
