The location is brilliant. It is located right in the center that we can easy go out by walk

Instructions to get to the property was very good. The property was large and clean. It had air conditioning and good climate control.The response from the management was quick and effective. We were informed of the extra payment to the management beforehand. The location was fantastic and Sol and Gran via metro stations were very near. There were lots of restaurants nearby and also supermarkets.
We were not aware there was no lift to the second floor flat where we stayed and we had to struggle to get our luggage into the flat. However the management were kind enough to get someone to take our luggage to the ground floor when we were leaving and the management also offered us a place where we could leave our luggage until it was time to go to the airport later in the early evening.
The WiFi was strong enough for our mobile phones and laptops but not for the television which froze many times. When management was told, there was a quick response but unfortunately the television worked briefly and then was back to its old ways. We were out most of the time but would have loved the television to work properly when we were indoors

La ubicación realmente muy buena, al lado de la plaza del sol y a una cuadra de gran vía. El tamaño del departamento, espacios y calefacción excelente. Bien equipado.
La zona es muy, pero muy ruidosa. Las ventanas, que son hartas, no tienen termo panel, sino que parecieran ser las originales. Por lo mismo, no cerraban bien y se filtraba el ruido como si estuvieran abiertas e, incluso, entraba viento que movía las cortinas. La primera noche no logramos dormir y para los días siguientes, tuvimos que dormir todos con tapones de oídos de silicona. Mala cosa.
Además, el departamento tenía muchas camas, para mucha gente, pero tenía sólo dos baños y sólo en uno de ellos, hay ducha. En el otro hay un jacuzzi (por el que te cobran un extra por tarifa resort), el que no usamos.
