Gran Vía - Centro - Callao. Familiar

Abbiamo passato un weekend bellissimo a Madrid. La posizione dell’appartamento è strepitoso. Il proprietario gentilissimo! Ci ha dato tanti indicazioni su cosa vedere e dove mangiare ed è sempre stato disponibile.

Si pero le falta vajilla , los platos muy cachados , el agua caliente dura muy poco

Situación perfecta y genial para grupo grande. Cipri una atención de 10, y además nos permitió dejar las maletas el día de marchar en el apartamento hasta la hora de nuestra partida.

En cuanto al apartamento nada a quejarse. Todo muy bien! Por decir algo, lo único que un trozo de pasillo de acceso a ascensores tenía luces fundidas y por la noche era más complicado, pero eso no depende del apartamento directamente sino de la finca.

The location is fantastic - like being in the equivalent of New York City's Times Square in Madrid. Close to transportation options, grocery store around the corner and lots of restaurants. The host is very responsive and happy to help. The WiFi was good and the TV supported our streaming device easily. The AC units worked great in all the rooms. There's lots of sleeping options, including a sofa in the living room, which made it easy for our large group. The beds are firm, but comfortable.

The apartment building is VERY loud with people next door out on the balcony making noise until 5 or 6am on Friday and Saturday morning we were there, which could be addressed with earplugs. The AC is good, but wasn't loud enough to drown out the neighbor noise. The apartment is in need of several maintenance items too - none of which were a big detractor from our stay, so we simply informed the host and went on with our vacation. This would be a superb apartment with a little more attention and some soundproofing.
