Location is excellent, steps from Sol. David was very kind and helpful. Lady who cleaned when we arrived was very polite and did a good job. A/C worked wonderfully.
Furniture is a little outdated. Some bugs.

La posizione è perfetta accanto a puerta del sol, il cuore pulsante di Madrid! Tutto benissimo, l’appartamento è grande e ben curato e con tutto il necessario, ha una doppia cucina, il Wi-Fi funzionante e riscaldamento o aria condizionata a seconda del periodo. L’host Miguel è carinissimo e gentilissimo! 10 e lode

Good location, good communication, quiet despite being very central.
Did not really correspond to the photos, you can see apartment is being worn down. We felt a bit disappointed.
