The location was absolutely amazing - just a 5-minute walk to Sol and Gran Vía. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars right around the corner. Despite being right in the heart of the city center, it was incredibly quiet because the apartment is tucked away on a side street, so we had no trouble relaxing.
The apartment itself was very clean. On top of that, the breakfast provided was excellent and a fantastic way to start the day. We enjoyed our stay.
Our apartment was on a lower floor and felt quite dark inside, as most of the windows faced the back of the building and a parking entrance. Additionally, while the flooring was perfectly clean, it was quite outdated and showed noticeable damage. Finally, because we were placed in an accessible apartment, the bathroom sink was located out in the bedroom rather than inside the bathroom itself, which we found a bit awkward and uncomfortable.

Location
The fact that there was a club outside the window. But thankfully the windows were double paned.
People enjoy the city so no complaints 😉

We had our apartment upgraded free of charge Because It Was wrongly advertised as One Bedroom flat but they wanted to give me studio There was no dividing Doors to the bedroom. Location is great
When we were offered first apartment, there was a very very dangerous crack in the glass partition wall in the bathroom so it was not safe to use that apartment and all the apartment finishing are very poor. There is no hooks for the towels in the bathroom so everything you have to leave on the sink or on the floor so it’s not very well planned.
