Waou Puerta del Sol V - Alquiler Corta Duración

Alojamiento está muy nuevo, sin duda se parece a las fotos que aparecen en la página. Limpio y bien emplazado.

El ascensor no funcionaba. Tuvimos un problema con el acceso al piso uno de los días ya que se puede acceder a través de una aplicación, y no funcionaba el sistema y no teníamos las llaves físicamente, pero lo resolvieron bastante rápido.

The decor was beautiful, new and comfortable. A lot of thought was put into the decor of the unit. Using the enter codes on the phone was helpful. The big appliances (fridge/stove) worked well. Bathrooms were comfortable and worked well. Lots of linens and towels.

We had some issues with the coffee machine and the outdoor blinds that didn't open in the master bedroom. We contacted the property and they said they would come and deal with it but they never arrived. The second bedroom has no air flow, and the master window couldn't open/the security blinds were stuck in closed position. There was also what appeared to be a scented room spray that would spray on a timer, that was aggravating to sensitive guests.

Zum ersten Mal eine Unterkunft identisch wie auf den Bildern! Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles in sehr gutem Zustand und sauber.

Очень понравились апартаменты. Прекрасное размещение, близко до метро и основных туристических мест. Передвигались в основном пешком, за исключением поездок в пригород, когда необходимо было добраться до вокзала. Апартаменты достаточно новые, не самая дешевая мебель, большой остров на кухне, комфортные спальни и ванные комнаты. Гостиная при открытых ставнях очень солнечная. Апартаменты находятся на втором этаже, с чемоданами немного тяжело, но терпимо. Электронный ключ через приложение работал хорошо. Дверь, которая на первом этаже в парадную специфически открывается, надо приноровиться, чтобы получилось открывать кнопкой или ключом. Рядом есть маленькие продуктовые магазины на площади и в противоположной стороне от апартаментов, но самый большой и близкий продуктовый оказался на -1 этаже в торговом центре El Corte Ingles в 8 минутах ходьбы (в сторону площади Sol).

Была сломана рулонная штора на центральном окне в гостиной, поднималась только на 1/4. Были зимой (в начале января), на улице было около +4 градусов в среднем,в апартаментах немного прохладно, надо брать теплые домашние вещи в поездку.
