hubo una falla en una tuberia y goteó todo el tiempo al grado que nos quedamos sin toallas para poder secar la estufa y la cocina. Est gotera inició la primer noche que llegamos.

El piso estaba muy bien, muy amplio y perfecto para pasar un fin de semana en grupo. No se oyen ruidos aunque está situado en zona de ambiente porque está en el interior del edificio donde está el Consulado de Colombia. Tras el portal principal Tenes que atravesar un pasillo y pasar por otra puerta que da al ascensor que la verdad funcionaba perfectamente. Tienes cafeterías bares y supermercado justo en esa calle. Está ubicado muy cerca de la fuente de Neptuno y en el barrio de las letras. Nos atendió muy bien el señor que nos dió las indicaciones para entrar y pudimos dejar las maletas hasta la hora de entrada.
El acceso al apartamento fue lo menos que nos gustó y que no había recepción en ningún momento.

Location
Very poor WiFi entry into the premises locking us out on a couple of occasions. Did not always work.
Staff was totally ineffective and unresponsive in assisting and correcting the problem.
For an extended 11 night stay they should not provide any basic cleaning or maintenance of the property.
