Locatie en best wel rustig in het verblijf. Parkeer gelegenheid dicht bij
Bedden, badkamer (schimmel) (douche kop die kon niet opgehangen worden), rek hing op half elf.

Muy buena ubicación y muy amplio para 8 personas que tengan confianza, ya que en una de las habitaciones duermen 4.
Tenía todo lo necesario, toallas, gel, perchas, productos de limpieza….
La comunicación con el alojamiento no ha sido fluida. Es imposible comunicarte con ellos por teléfono, por correo o por mensaje.
No funcionaba el telefonillo, por lo que teníamos que bajar a abrir la puerta.
Solamente proporcionan un juego de llaves para 8 personas y aunque nos descargamos la aplicación para abrir las puertas, la del portal no funcionaba.

Top Lage, sehr zentral
Supermarkt sehr nahe, diverse Bars und Lokale in der Nähe.
Warmwasser funktioniert, es gab immer heißes Wasser zum Duschen zu jeder Tageszeit.
U Bahn Station "Chueca" ca 5 Minuten entfernt.
Mühsame Korrespondenz mit Vermieter weil er auf WhatsApp nicht antwortet . Reagiert auch nicht auf Anrufe.
Unser Ceranfeld war defekt, Vermieter hat Reaktion bzw Antwort tagelang hinaus geschoben. Es erfolgte keine Fehlerbehebung während unseres Aufenthaltes.
Zum Tür aussperren benötigt man die Nuki App. Diese ist sehr unzuverlässig, wir verwendet jedesmal den Schlüssel 🔑.
