Excellent central location. * Spacious apartment * Very comfortable bed * Blackout curtains that made sleeping easy. * Washing machine was a great convenience for a longer stay.

* Be aware that the access codes expired at 10:00 a.m. on the day of check-out, even though check-out was at 11:00 a.m. Fortunately, my friend was still inside the apartment asleep. I messaged the host asking them to reactivate my code so I could re-enter and collect my luggage, as my check-out time had not yet arrived, but I received no response. Thankfully, I was able to keep knocking until my friend woke up and let me in. Otherwise, I could have missed my flight. * Only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided for two people staying eight days. When we asked, the host kindly provided two more rolls, but we still had to buy additional ones ourselves. * The towels were not changed throughout our stay, so we ended up washing them ourselves.

Spacious room, clean and very nice service. We had an issue with the air condition and it was immediately solved

Everything was good for me

It is exceptionally located near the metro satison gran via, which connects to the town to everything. If you prefer to walk, you can reach anything you might require.

The bedding and pillows could be better, and include more pillows.

It is new and clean. In the centre of Madrid.

We booked it for the terrace but there is no a terrace. The host was was in the house. A lady opened the door but without letting us in even we had prepaid the location. The same lady didn't speak English. The real hostess contacted us by phone, explaining that we had to make first check in some strange platform. Not on Booking. It was 35 degrees Celsius and they wanted from us to make online checks of our ID cards on the street. Further, we were told that nobody was obliged to wait and host us. Even we prepaid the whole staying. Finally, we entered in the apartment without a terrace. It was really clean and equipped, but like a bunker - the windows look at the walls and couldn't be fully opened for security reasons. Nobody explained how to use the air-conditioning, neither WiFi. We asked for it. We asked also for a later check out and received an hour as a plus. Thanks for it. We have also troubles with the codes on the door. But finally it worked. The whole experience was that we are always somehow wrong and unpleasant as guests. So be careful what you are booking and check in advance all the little things that this host wants from you. If you want a central place just to sleep - it is ok but don't do it in the last moment. Do not expect anything and be prepared to be somehow not at the right place.
