appartement situé en centre ville quartier très calme, proche gran via et place puerta del sol. commerces et restaurant à deux pas. réservation parking pour la voiture au parking plazza del carmen
un kit de bienvenue avec dosette de café et thé ainsi qu'une bouteille d'eau fraiche aurait été appréciable

El departamento es 10/10. No hay nada que mejorar o cambiar, quizás revisar el repetidor de internet de la habitación porque no funciona correctamente.
La atención en la entrega de la llave fue mala, estuve más de 1 hr yendo por distintos lugares para que me la dieran. Un día de 38 grados de temperatura. Pase por un locker y una oficina, nadie se acercó a entregármela. Un departamento de este nivel debería tener un servicio acorde.

Localização excelente, próximo da estação do metrô Sevilha, apartamento muito amplo, luxuoso e muito bonito!
Sistema de calefação não funcionou, a roupa de cama da suíte estava suja e com cabelos nos travesseiros e a limpeza do apartamento deixou a desejar, inclusive tinha lixo em um dos banheiros, suponho que tenha sido ainda do hóspede anterior. Solicitei reparos pela firma que administra e enviaram uma pessoa que retirou o lixo mas não sabia resolver o sistema de calefação. Resumindo, ficamos sem calefação em toda a estadia!
