About this apartment rental
** This apartment could be rented for long or medium stays.
It could be rented also for short stays, always in accordance with the LAU regulations as "different use of housing", and rentals for tourist purposes are not allowed. The rent must be for work / personal / family reasons, etc., and the person who rents the property must reside outside of Madrid, and it can never be used as a permanent residence (only as temporary residence). The registration in any government office is not allowed. **
The apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful classic renovated building with a lift and one apartment per floor. It is more than 200 m2 property, and offers a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The access to the apartment is through a 20 m2 entrance hall which leads to a large 50 m2 living room with 4 balconies facing De Los Madrazo street, a living area with a sofa, armchairs and 65" Smart TV, and an area with a dining table for up to 8 people.
The hall also leads to a spacious kitchen (more than 20 m2) which is fully equipped with everything you need. It also has several windows facing the central patio of the building.
The bedrooms are also facing the patio, but at the same time have a lot of light as they have south orientation.Two of the bedrooms have two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and the other has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). Moreover two of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, and there is a third independent adjoining bathroom.
The building has a community gym area with exercise machines at the disposal of the tenants who stay in the apartment.
The Madrazo area is one of the most luxurious and exclusive in Madrid, but being a very quiet street.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

I am delighted to write a review for this property. Genteel Homes manages the property. Angelica met us at the property. She was so welcoming and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. The space is exactly as pictured and I couldn’t ask for a better location. There was an amazing Banh mi restaurant right next door. The Prado museum, Retiro park and Gran via were in walking distance. The apartment was immaculate and they even provided a complimentary mid week cleaning service. The spacious apt allowed my sisters and I to enjoy quality time together. It was the perfect size for the 5 of us. I have to say that the communication provided by Angelica was a 10/10. She provided swift answers to questions and needs. When I lost tax forms, I contacted her from the airport. She was kind enough to go and check if they were left in the apartment. I was beyond grateful for her kindness and efficiency. I have stayed at MANY rental apartments and the service here was the best. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madrid.

Excellent location and perfect for our family for a week stay in Madrid after a week tour with Tauck. Less than a 20 minute walk to get anywhere. Bus stop very close too. Very clean and comfortable. We were happy to have a washing machine in the apartment but no dryer so we hung on a large rack or went across the street to the laundry. Great to spread out after being in hotel rooms. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was ideal for 4 adults (one couple and 2 sisters… with one snoring LOL!). Only complaint was the hard mattresses and pillows. Street is a bit dirty but don’t let that throw you off.

All good - needed flowers and a little love and more glasses and plates - some of us cook! But all in all a lovely flat and we had a very pleasant experience - the host was charming!
