Location was perfect. Apartment was very comfortable. AC was delightful after wandering all day in the heat.

Location was great. Communication with host was timely and responsive. Kitchen and bathrooms were impeccably clean.
It was difficult to adjust the AC temperatures. It would be nice to have written instructions as to how to operate the induction stovetop and washer/dryer.

Great location close to El Sol, Retiro park and the Prado museum, very spacious, quiet and clean. Washer/dryer was a nice amenity. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
Sofa was not comfortable.

Excellent location,nice apartment,comfortable. We felt like we were at home.
I asked for more towels,because there were 6 people for 3 nights,but I didn’t even get a response. That was the only thing.
