Excellent location for walking to many sites in Madrid. Very close to Metro. Lots of life and activity in the neighborhood. Street noise, yes, but shutting the windows really provides a quiet retreat. Very comfortable for the 6 of us (one couple used the sofa bed). Great base for exploring Madrid! Property manager was great and very responsive.

My friends and I stayed here for Madrid Pride this year. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of downtown in the Chueca neighborhood. The apartment was the perfect size for our group of 5 people. Would stay here again.

I am very happy that I booked this apartment for me and my partner's stay in Madrid. We were hesitant at first about the location, but it turned out that the location is unbeatable - close to several metro stations, one of which is perhaps the most central in the city of Gran Via, the neighborhood is bustling with life, full of restaurants, bars and many other things to do that are very close. Despite all this, the apartment itself is surprisingly quiet, there are windows that seal out the outside happenings, and inside the house it was quiet and pleasant. It was pleasant thanks to the air conditioner that worked flawlessly, the cleanliness at a high level, the apartment itself is very spacious and the amenities are of a high standard and you can see that thought was put into everything. The communication with the owner of the apartment was convenient and easy, as were the explanations he sent regarding the way to enter the apartment. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return the next time we visit the area.

We have been to so many short term apartments and never stayed in a better place. This apartment is located super central, and it is still very quiet with the double glasses that are installed in the house. We stayed in June, and were afraid of noise before arriving because this is the most central place in Chueca, Madrid, but eventually we were lucky to book this place. Every detail in the apartment itself was taken care very seriously, from the amenities in the shower to the comfortable beds, letting our family stay in style on our vacation. The host was super nice to explain about the blinds and the special gift on arrival (we got snacks and a bottle of sparkling fine Spanish Cava), and in general the service was extremely professional. They have a team of people willing to help in any need (we asked for early check in and got it for free). One more thing to know: there are 2 bathrooms and showers in the place, one of them is super spoiling. We will be back for sure.
