This was the best place based on location alone. I loved the space in the apartment that we had and the full-service kitchen. I wish breakfast had been included in the price, and I am very grateful for the front desk staff who assisted when we first arrived and could not start our cooler in our room. She responded very quickly and helped resolve the issue while going through instructions on how to work the cooling system in the room. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job but was only scheduled once during our 5-day stay. There was also no way to communicate with the housekeeper if you did not need any housekeeping. Seriously, the best location; it felt very safe, and I would stay here again in hopes of some upgrades, just because the location was fantastic and central. I was grateful for the quick response of the staff when the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and I felt this was handled quickly and professionally, allowing people to return to their rooms. The alarms are loud enough to wake you up, which is also a bonus for me, had there been an actual fire or emergency.

The area to check in and out was not the location in which we stayed, so we had to walk a little bit to our apartment, which wasn't far but was a little confusing, and nothing identified where to check in. It was very hot in the room and took over 24 hours to cool it down; plus, the cooling system was difficult to figure out, and there were no directions on how to use the system. The beds were very worn down and uncomfortable; the open shower concept was great, except it didn't drain very well, which caused water to get on the bathroom floor if you took longer than 5 minutes in the shower. It was unclear whether the fruit and water in the fridge were complimentary or if it was included for an extra fee.

It was at great location! Full of stores and restaurants! Apartment was clean and has everything that we need it when you travel with kids!

Madrid can be noisy at night… but has nothing to do with the apartment!

Every thing is excellent, location, cleaning,comfortable in bed, good smell every where, furniture is great 👍🏾,check in very easy, My kind regards to all teamwork especially a dia who was very helpful to me if I need something , also all the people in reception helpful for anything,

Bathroom needs up dating Holder for the shower head needs to be fixed Bedroom walls needs to be painted Marks all over the walls Needs pictures on walls and some colour throughout the apartment Apartment just looked boring for a Penthouse Apartment and the price
