L'appartamento è abbastanza nuovo, comoda la posizione centrale, silenzioso e funzionale. Per noi, un gruppo di 6 adulti e 2 bambini era perfetto, con 3 camere matrimoniali e una doppia con due lettini, due bagni, salone cucina, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchinetta del caffè, tutto nuovo e perfettamente funzionante. Buona climatizzazione, idem per l'illuminazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Forse è da migliorare un pochino la pulizia soprattutto dei bagni. Nelle camere sarebbe più comodo aggiungere qualche mobile per poggiare le valigie e sistemare la roba.
