It is the perfect space for a group of friends. From the location to the comfort, it's top-notch. Most importantly, the host was always available and really friendly.
The house could have more hand towels and a few extra kitchen materials, such as a mop. Nonetheless, I want to note that we didn't mention this to the host. If we mention, I am preety sure we would get an immeate reply.

Great location. The autonomous check in is very practical. The apartment is very spacious and the bed are comfy
The rooms are in a basement (not half basement, full basement). It's not the worst, but it's good to know cause it can get a little bit claustrophobic. Some fixtures of the apartment need urgent maintenance

Excellent location, comfortable beds
Furniture in bed rooms very minimal you have to place your belongings on the floor. No daylight, poor noise isolation from bath rooms and other apartments, kitchen+living too small for 8 persons, window handle broken in one bedroom, towel hooks in bathrooms not properly attached, hair and dust from previous guests on the floor
