La ubicación y la respuesta rápida del anfitrión a mis dudas.

Me pareció que al cerrar la puerta de la casa al no poder cerrar con la llave y darle una vuelta al pestillo se quedaba la casa como fácil de abrir y me dio inseguridad

Estas observaciones son del apartamento Chueca jacuzi: Camas cómodas, limpieza, toallas de baño grandes, decoración, muy buena ubicación.

Olor en el portal y escaleras de entradas en mal estado

Centrally situated. Very clean and well appointed. Well equipped kitchen. Suited us and our granddaughter well. We liked the electronic entry apart from the time it didn’t work.

Rather impersonal as we didn’t see anybody to do with the property. Also for some reason the electronic key stopped working at 11am the day before we departed. We did have a number to ring and it was reinstated but rather unnerving.

It was very close to the main attractions They let us to leave the luggage to the Office until 16:30

We didn’t get any breakfast and we paid for it.. on the booking site the apartament had free breakfest but the host said they didn’t have this service for 3 years ago…. So… we paid for something .. we didn’t get ! They asked for a credit card and debit it for the period we stayed in Madrid as a guarantee and this policy is not written on booking site ! The bed is very small.. if you have 1,80cm.. will be hard to sleep I asked to Tell me what kind of Coffee pills I should take for the Coffee Machine .. they said Nescafe ones… After I have arrived they weren’t good because We should Take Nespresso…so ,We spent money for nothing ..
