Felipe III Apartment

The location is extremely central and has a great view of Plaza Mayor. The apartment was very clean and new.

Finding the apartment was a bit difficult as the manager only sends one picture of a bar next to the entrance. Even after typing in the address in Google maps, you don’t know on which side of the building the entrance is. It would be good if there is a step by step guide on how to get there with pictures. We visited in March when there aren’t a lot of tourists but there was still some noise coming from the square during the night. I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the summer as it can get very noisy outside.

Location is superb, couldn’t be any better. Local amenities are within a stones throw. Extremely clean & easily accessible

Just needs a shower curtain/screen installing to stop the bathroom from flooding

Czystość,wyposażenie,estetyka i lokalizacja. Blisko wszędzie :puerta del sol 200m ,market Dia 50 m ,bary restauracje wokół . Piękny widok z balkonu .

Mikro kuchnia bez płyty indukcyjnej ,więc jajecznicy nie zrobisz ,jajka nie ugotujesz.Zlew bez suszarki ,więc naczyń nie umyjesz i nie odstawisz. W łazience brak drzwi do prysznica ,więc woda leje się po wszystkim .
