En realidad todo me gustó, solo que pedimos salir más tarde abonando cierta cantidad de dinero y no fue permitido

Excelente localização, perto do metrô e da Plaza Maior. Comércio e restaurantes muito próximos. Atendimento muito bom e apartamento muito confortável e bem equipado.

Location
The staff do not respond to phone calls or messages, which makes it extremely difficult for us to gain access to the flat. On one occasion, we waited outside the door for more than five hours until the cleaning operative unexpectedly arrived. We were fortunate that they eventually turned up, but this is clearly not a reliable or acceptable way to manage access.
The shower head holder is broken. I sent a video to the management team, but so far I haven’t received any response.
