The location, the appartement it self, the wi fi connection (i had to work one day), the service was great! Clean place, u can cook, there are stuff to cook. Supermarket everywhere u look. A lot of places nearby to eat, walking distance. 30 minutes from the airport by taxi, they can fix that for u for a good price.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Plaza Mayor Suites during our trip to Madrid. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, just steps away from Plaza Mayor, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. It truly made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. One of the standout features was the excellent communication with the property managers. They were consistently responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, making sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The suite was clean, modern, and cozy — ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway in the city. We felt comfortable and at home the entire time. Considering the location, service, and overall experience, the value for money was exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
