About this apartment rental
Impressive 165m2 design apartment in the heart of the city, just a few meters from the iconic Puerta del Sol. Ideal for groups of 11 people and large families. With a sublime design restoration and fully equipped, every detail has been carefully considered to make your stay an unforgettable experience. It is perfect for long-term stays for work purposes as it is well connected to Atocha.
It is a unique large-surface apartment, whose wide walls and high ceilings create spacious open spaces comprising: enormous living/dining room with sofa bed and American kitchen. Four bedrooms make up the space: a main bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom with dressing room, another bedroom on the upper floor also with a double bed and a single bed, and finally, two more bedrooms - one with two single beds and the other with a double and a single bed. Two additional bathrooms complete the accommodations.

• This property is offered exclusively under a seasonal rental agreement in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos) and is intended solely to meet temporary accommodation needs. Reservations must be based on a duly justified temporary purpose, such as work, professional, academic, educational, medical, healthcare, family-related reasons, or any other temporary need other than the tenant's habitual residence. The availability of the property is also subject to the owner's own use during certain periods. This property is in a fantastic location; close to so many attractions. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Emilio was very responsive to all of my messages. We had a bot of trouble accessing the unit but other than that the property was suitable for us!

Charming apartment in a perfect location. We were only visiting for a very short time, but found the apartment more than adequate for our needs (4 adults and 3 kids).

The space is in a very convenient area, and is large. Our entire family was able to spread out, which was nice. My only real complaint is the reservation and check-in process. The rental company relies on automated messaging. The automated messaging never explains that you have to sign a contract that will be emailed to you. If you do not sign this contract, it will automatically cancel the reservation. This is in addition to another link that is sent through the automated messaging where you have to go in and enter everybody’s information, which is fine. Nothing in the automated messaging suggests that you should look for an email. My reservation was canceled twice because of this. To access the property, in addition to a set of keys, you will be sent a link which will lock and unlock the property. This is great, but you were unable to forward the link to anybody else so you must be in control of access the entire time of your stay.

Good size apartment with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Booking and check-in was a little more cumbersome than other properties as we did not have any initial instructions for the first security door but did get in without an issue eventually, the key to the first security door was also an issue as it was difficult to open. Area for apartment is misleading there is so much there than meets the eye, on arrival on a Monday were not sure of the area it was quiet; however on Tuesday after we did some exploring we realized we were in the heart of the theatre district a 10 minute walk from El Botin the oldest continuously running restaurant in the world, Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel. The little Cafe across the street Patagonia Artesenal had delicious gelato. In side the apartment was perfect, secure clean and comfortable one we figured out the key issue we really enjoyed our stay here just wish we had more time to explore Madrid.
