250 m duplex penthouse with all the comforts. Spacious and bright with 3 balconies and large terrace overlooking Moratín street.
4 double bedrooms (the large master bedroom has 2 double beds) and 3 full bathrooms. Large living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen.
Room with washing machine.
Capacity: 12 adults.

Extraordinary cultural offerings just 5 minutes walk: Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum .....

Our stay at Predo Terrace Morton was idyllic -perfect location-very accommodating to all of our needs. Nearby shops provided Breakfast on the Veranda and a quiet retreat at night. Large and provided privacy to the 4 of us- my daughter, me and my 18 year old granddaughter and her boyfriend. Highly recommend

This was a perfect spot for our group of three college students, two fifty year olds and 3 grandparents. We could walk to just about everything but did enjoy taking the metro a few times (very close to Anton Martin stop). Amazing neighborhood with lots of tapas options and close to Retiro park and all 3 museums. Well stocked kitchen. Exceeded our expectations! Javier was also the best- arranged taxis for departure, stored luggage on an early arrival and was helpful every step of the way.

The apartment on Moratin is in a prime location. Minutes to Retiro Park, Prado, et al. It is a little further to Sol, Mayor, etc, but it is all walkable from this great location. More importantly the immediate neighborhood is wonderful. A nice mix of tourist accessibility with a true neighborhood feel. Javier was great. Highly recommend it. We will return.
