Excellent hospitality. The room was kept ready before we checked in. Located in close proximity to Madrid Atocha railway station and tourist attractions. Smooth check in process with available storage options. Spacious rooms with all amenities which made our stay comfortable. Had a wonderful experience 10 on 10.

Everything was perfect except the WiFi connection was very slow
You have installed see through curtain in the room and the other room people can easily see through your room. So you need to install thick curtain that would allow privacy for the bedroom.

This was a great location for a group of friends. The kitchen catered for what we needed. Despite being on a busy main road and next to a station exit, it was really quiet.
Could have done with one more comfy chair to relax in, but it was fine!
