Stunning Stylish 4BD 3BTH - City Center-Atocha

My friends and I had an amazing time at Minty Stay Atocha. Katie was fantastic—she reached out before our trip, so we're able to communicate in advance when our flight was delayed, and was always quick to respond with great local tips. The flat is spacious, modern, and well-equipped, with four comfortable bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a large living area, and a full kitchen (just bring your own salt and pepper!). We loved the thoughtful touches like umbrellas, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The location is unbeatable—shops, restaurants, and a club are right downstairs, and the metro is nearby. It’s about 45 minutes from the airport by Uber, and we found group rides super convenient.

A few minor things to note: the ensuite in the back bedroom had a slow-draining shower and a quirky toilet flush mechanism that sometimes kept running. It could use a fix to avoid water waste. Also, only one small pillow was provided per person—two would have been more comfortable. Lastly, the front bedrooms can get noisy at night due to nearby nightlife, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs and keep the balcony doors shut. And we had to ensure we throw our own rubbish outside from 8 pm. Despite these small issues, our stay was amazing overall. We absolutely loved the place and would happily return!

The apartment is modern and spatious, located very close to Atocha station. Even if it's located on the main street, the rooms are silent. The kitchen is well equipped. The communication with the host was very good before and during our stay. Check out was easy

Two bathrooms had some minor issues: poor lightning or water leaking from toilet tank (inside the toilet); In the check out message, we were told to throw away the trash from the property, which was an exaggerated request

一度ブレーカーが落ちシャワーの温水が出なくなりましたが、それに気づいた後はうまく稼働しました。

Perfect location, very clean and spacious! The linens were wonderful and the kitchen stocked with everything you need!
