City Deluxe Reina Sofia Atocha comfy apartment

The host was very good about communicating. They contacted us via WhatsApp when we didn't realize there was something in the App we needed to do before our arrival (all communication was via the App after that). The best thing they did for check in was to send us a picture of the building we were staying at (the numbers were not evident so the picture was crucial for us to find the apartment). The location is phenomenal. There were fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance and several markets close by as well. The host left us fruit and wine as a welcome gift. Yum.

The trash situation was a little confusing. The trash cans are color coded and we were not sure what should go where. We looked it up online and figured it out.

Great place, in a very convenient location, close to all the museums and the train station. Adan and Margarita were very sweet and welcoming. They also had clear instructions around self-checkin and checkout, and were even kind enough to offer us an earlier check in and checkout. The bag of “welcome goodies” was a cherry on top. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting the beautiful city of Madrid.

Nothing really.

Great location close to major attractions and train station. Very helpful host keeping contact with us during entire visit. Grocery stores within 5 min walk. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and cool during hot summer days!
