ubicacion y acceso facil cuando llegamos
uno de los sofa camas disponibles estaba dañado, los aires se apagaban y tocaba bajar los controles de la energia para q funcionaran nuevamente solo por esto recomiendo mantenimiento

La ubicación es lo mejor que tiene el alojamiento. En plena Calle Toledo, con metro muy cerca. Buena zona con muchos bares de tapas y restaurantes.
Atención al cliente muy descuidada. Hablé con el anfitrión para hacer un par de peticiones y tardó horas en contestarme. Al llegar el aire acondicionado estaba roto y escupía agua. Tuve que solicitar que cambiasen las sábanas de mi cama por ese motivo y tardaron más de 6 horas en venir a solucionarlo. La limpieza era pésima, sobretodo en el baño, lugar donde este aspecto debería ser más cuidado.
