Sin duda, la ubicación! Muy céntrico, pero en una calle tranquila, poco transitada. Además, da a un patio de luces, no a la calle y tampoco se escuchaban ruidos por parte de los vecinos. También me gustó lo equipado que estaba, tenía prácticamente de todo.
Diría que las almohadas, bastante duras y altas. Tuve que usar un cojín de los otros, pero vaya, eso ya depende de cada un@. Lo de que era un 4⁰ sin ascensor, quizás para una estancia larga... complicado, pero nada de lo que no se avise en el anuncio.

Un cuarto piso sin ascensor. Eran 85 escalones ( muy cuesta arriba para unas personas de 75 años)
