Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach genial. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Auch die Metro- u. Busstationen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns auch noch weitere Tipps gegeben.
Entgegen den Angaben hat sich die Wohnung keinesfalls schallisoliert angehört. Es war schon lärm von draußen und auch aus dem Treppenhaus zu hören. Das Bett ist schmal aber leider zusätzlich auch schon ziemlich durchgelegen. Der Fernseher ging einige Male ohne unser zutun an, was wir schon sehr merkwürdig fanden.

Todo perfecto. María y Fernando han sido muy amables y atentos; nos dieron recomendaciones de varias cosas y han estado pendientes de todo. La zona es perfecta, céntrica y con todo a mano para poder ir cómodamente andando a muchos sitios.

El alojamiento está muy bien, muy limpio y con muchos detalles que marcan la diferencia. Hay secador y plancha de pelo, jabón y champú, toallas, zapatillas, café, leche... Está todo muy cuidado y el amfitrión es muy amable y simpático. Más céntrico imposible, estás a 2 min de Sol y 1 min de Gran Vía. El sofá cama es muy cómodo.
Recomiendo llevar tapones para los oídos. En la escalera hay ruido por la noche y si suena el timbre de los vecinos se oye desde la habitación y si duermes en el salón, aunque hay doble ventana (muy buena idea!), al ser tan céntrico hay ruido de gente hasta muy entrada la madrugada. Nada que no solucionen unos tapones ;-)
