Location is very good

Good Location, but Very Poor Communication and Management The property itself has a very good location, and the building and facilities have good potential. However, our experience was seriously disappointing because of poor communication and management. We were told where the key would be kept, but when we arrived late at night, there was no key at the designated place. We had to wait outside from around 12:00 AM until 12:45 AM. Eventually, when another guest was entering the apartment, we had to enter with them because we had no other way to access the property. The following day, we tried to contact the property, but we could not get any response. The situation became even more frustrating because we had to get information from another guest about the building and its facilities and arrange to have a duplicate key made ourselves so that we could come and go. This was a complete waste of our time and money, and it was something the property management should have handled for us. Another woman staying there with her baby had a similar experience. She also had to wait outside at night because she could not get proper access, and unfortunately, the property did not respond to her either. So this did not seem to be an isolated incident. I had informed the property in advance that we would be arriving late at night and that my elderly mother and my daughter would be travelling with me. Although there is a lift, there are still quite a few stairs in certain areas. This was not properly explained to us beforehand, despite us informing them about my elderly mother, which caused additional difficulty for her. I want to be fair and say that the location is very good and the property itself is not bad. The building and facilities are actually quite good and have the potential to provide a comfortable stay.

O apartamento é bom, mas necessita de alguma manutenção. Tem poucos utensílios de cozinha e não tem forno! Uma falha grande. A manutenção foi rápida a resolver um problema que tinha no frigorífico. Early check-in ou late check-out não permitidos, o que é uma grande falha, pois o check-in é às 15h e o check-out às 11h. Tirando isto foi bom e útil como casa base para visitar Madrid. Tem metro perto, 5 min a pé.

The location was superb. But this is all about this place….

Not much furniture to sit down or put your clothes etc. no wardrobe, one clothes rail not enough for everybody. Only one sofa bed for 4 to sit together not comfy. Needs another sofa. All the bathroom suits and kitchen black. The lighting is very bad. Not enough equipment to cook. No complimentary tea,coffee or sugar etc… kitchen is super bare. No cleaning products, brush mop etc, if you make a mess, you have to live with it!!! No second layer on the windows to give privacy. The opposite hotel is super close, you cannot open your curtain. So we had yo keep the curtains closed all the time. The disco below is terrible! The music starts 12 - midnight until 5am! I messaged the owners about it, they did not respond. We bought ear plugs and had to use them but we could still hear them. It is super loud. I would not be able to stay here more than 3 nights.
