Merkeze çok yakın. Gran via caddesinin hemen arka sokağında ve Plaza Mayor, Sol meydanı gibi ana merkezlere yürüme mesafesinde.
Apartmanın bulunduğu sokakta gece, hatta sabah saat 6’ya kadar sürekli ses oluyor. Bir de hayat kadınlarının durduğu bir sokak o yüzden garip bir insan profili var.

Tiene problemas de mantenimiento. Puertas de muebles desprendidas. Picaporte de la puerta principal flojo. Sistema de check in complicado y latoso. Además, te cargan un depósito para eventuales desperfectos. Parece que desconfían de los huéspedes. El precio no es muy competitivo. Por prácticamente lo que pagas encuentras hoteles buenos cerca, con servicio de habitaciones.
