La ubicación es genial, todo cerca, buen transporte
Estaba frío y no funcionaban los calefactores porque los controlan desde la administración del edificio según me indicaron y no los prendieron porque ya no era invierno para ellos, aunque el clima estaba frío, menos mal tenían un calefactor portátil y con eso lo pasamos.

Gălăgia care se auzea din exterior( trebuie o revizie la geamurile/ușile de termopan de la balcoane care nu se închid bine), ușa de la dormitor scârțâie foarte tare (nu o poți închide/deschide), canapeaua extensibila scârțâie și ea foarte tare, iar la curățenie trebuie insistat mai bine

Die Lage ist super. Die Ausstattung ist gut bis sehr gut. Es gab Stromausfall in Spanien, aber die Kommunikation war gut und hilfreich.
Es war nicht sauber genug. Auf der Bettwäsche waren viele Flecken. Die Schubladen in der Küche konnte man nur mit viel Kraft zu machen. Überall in der Wohnung waren viele Duftstäbchen. Der Geruch war so intensiv, dass alle die Kopfschmerzen bekommen haben.
