The apartment has the perfect location, not in the most touristy area but still close to all the important monuments. The metro and bus stops are also close by. The apartment is spacious and equipped with a modern AC system, which was very useful because the temperatures reached as high as 35°C outside. The bathroom is well-equipped and the TV offered access to Netflix, which we greatly enjoyed. The fridge and freezer work very well, and there is even a moka pot in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi works very fast.
The delivery of the keys was a bit difficult as we were supposed to meet someone we had never seen before in a supermarket next to the apartment. The shower could benefit from a deep cleaning and the host could have left more coffee machine capsules.

La cercanía a todo lo que buscaba. Lo limpio que estaba y lo amplio que eras. Ya que he estado en varios y eran más chicos.
El sofá cama es algo incómodo para un adulto no es nada confortable…. El grifo de la bañera era casi imposible graduar el agua caliente,m.

A localização é boa, para quem usa transportes públicos ou gosta de caminhar. Região com muitas opções gastronômicas. O apartamento está entre 4 estações de metro. Boa cama, bom chuveiro, cafeteira temperamental.
A comunicação é muito a base de textos prontos e que nem sempre respondem as perguntas feitas.

Esta a 5 cuadras de Gran Vía. Muy céntrico. Es moderno y está super bien equipado, por ejemplo tiene aire acondicionado, microondas y cafetera. Además estás a 2 cuadras del subte. Si estás buscando un lugar alejado del centro pero que quede cerca, es el lugar ideal.
Hubiese preferido que el anfitrión me reciba. Pero es algo personal. Luego el hospedaje estuvo excelente. Súper recomendado
