About this apartment rental
Stay in what used to be my home. Right in the heart of Madrid, in the heart of Malasaña, next to Chueca and Sol, fully equipped, with super comfortable furniture, and plenty of space. Ideal for families and digital nomads.
This is where I lived for 10 years until I moved out of downtown. Everything is just as comfortable as I made it for myself.
The perfect location for exploring Madrid. Tribunal Metro station, one stop from Gran Vía (5-minute walk) and two stops from Sol (10-minute walk). It’s a historic neighborhood, and everything you want to see in Madrid is just a stone’s throw away. And right outside the door, you’ll find everything you need: a market, shops, restaurants, outdoor cafes…
The apartment faces outward on all sides, with plenty of natural light, and the furniture is high-quality. The double sofa bed (sleeps 5) and the double bed (160 cm) are extremely comfortable. There are two extra beds, so it can accommodate up to 6 people.
The living room is 22 meters, with oak and marble floors. There’s a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, air conditioning… In short, it’s the house I’d love to live in.
I’ll provide sheets, towels, soap, and cleaning supplies so you won’t have to buy the basics.
