La zona molto centrale e ben servita, metro molto vicina. Appartamento carino, c'è tutto quello che serve. L'app con i codici per l'accesso all'appartamento funziona molto bene.
Presenza di muffa su qualche parete, bisognerebbe rimuoverla.

The only point that needs to improve is the building door need to be less noisy. In the middle of the night can be a problem if you have childs that go to sleep early.

Perfect location, in the center of Madrid. Nespresso coffee machine and good wifi in most rooms.
The drainage system doesn’t work in one of the bathrooms, therefore only one bathroom can be used. The apartment is a bit run down and can’t be aired very well wich results in stale, moldy air. The neighbours right next door have young kids and a baby that cries non stop from 7am till 11pm. With paper thin walls this does get annoying after the third day. Check-in consits of getting the key handed over. No recommendations or tips for the city which is a pity but okay in the age of tripadvisor and co.
