Everything was new and in working order and communication was excellent
Both showers were on the top floor. The doors were so heavy and could not be propped open. The slippers were to unsafe to use on the stairs. The place I stayed I. Tokyo had a washer dryer combo unit which was amazing this just had a washer. A larger mor comfortable couch

Location is good, amenities in apartment meet most requirements.
Should have a blind or curtain at each individual room glass wall near the stair case for privacy concerns.No doorlocks for each of the sleeping room.check in instructions were not convenient as there was a need to go to the reception counter(tsumugi cafe) which is quite a distance away from the apartment.Would recommend giving guests access code before they arrive at the apartment for easier access into the accomodation.
