Attentive owner, clean room and shared facilities. The location is in walking distance to Kyoto station. Good for experiencing traditional Japanese inn.

Stunning !! The shared bathroom area was beautifully designed and so clean and modern. The rooms were also beautiful and traditional with stunning matting and sliding doors. Everything was well explained about the rules of the ryokan, which i love because it keeps the environment nice for all of the guests. Slippers, towels, pyjamas and toiletries were provided, there was a communal fridge, a tea set and everything you could need for a short stay. The price was unbelievable for 3 nights and a short 10 minute walk from the main kyoto station.
