The staff were so lovely and kind. The facilities were amazing and comfortable and the location was great. The room was very peaceful and the onsen in the basement was a HUGE bonus. Travelled around Japan for 3 weeks and this was my favourite accommodation by far.

The onsen was clean and empty. The staff were great and the rooms were big enough. Close to clew rental bike station, close to the train station and to a bunch of cheap traditional Japanese bars

This was a very enjoyable stay. Staff is present, polite and very helpful, the atmosphere is nice, the room was great, spacious even with a tea set. Amenities, and baths are ok, clean and maintained. From some rpevious comments I was expecting something just average, but for the location, the price, this old ryokan-style colorfull and clean, I was very positively surprised. A very pleasant and relaxing stay.
