    Very clean little hotel/apartment. The reception is not manned full time but the staff are really easy to contact and they will do anything to assist your stay . There is a washing machine ,which self doses washing liquid and a dryer ...very handy . I enjoyed staying here

    Check-in is different so follow email instructions to locate check in counter near main train station, not at the condo location. Accommodations were classy and full service (small kitchenette in room and laundry on site) konbini around the corner made coffee/drinks/snacks a breeze. Would def stay here again.

    Hachi Inn is only around 5 minutes by foot from Kyoto Station. The room is decently sized and sparkling clean, additional points for having a toaster! The reception located across Kyoto Station let us leave our luggage after check out and the staff went above and beyond by delivering an item my friend had left in the room to our accommodation in Osaka. Really appreciate it!

    This place was great. It was very clean and fairly spacious. The kitchen area had a freezer. The bathroom and bathtub was fantastic. The location was excellent. The inn is very close to the subway, convenience stores, and local sights to see. The hotel and area was quiet. The hotel included a few free amenities which was appreciated. I also really appreciated that the staff let us store our bags there after checkout, so we didn't have to carry our bags with us while we explored Kyoto. I would recommend this place.
