這個地點坐巴士很方便，住三樓，有餐具跟微波設備，睡的地方五個人打地舖就差不多滿了。鄰近有兩個洗衣店跟一間便利商店。Check-out早上有行程，老闆同意幫忙留置行李。

往三樓的走道比較小，拿著行李上去比較辛苦。

L'appartamento è carinissimo, in stile giapponese, accogliente e dotato di tutto quello che serve (biancheria, asciugamani, piccolo angolo cucina, ecc...). E' più grande degli appartamenti in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Giappone, al piano terra (che con le valige è una benedizione) e, tra le altre cose, offre la possibilità di usare la lavasciuga (completa di angolo Retro Gaming) per l'attesa. I proprietari sono stati gentili, disponibili e velocissimi nel rispondere alle nostre domande. La posizione è strategica: in 25 minuti a piedi si arriva al Fujimi Inari, in 45 minuti a piedi sulla darsena del fiume (fantastica davvero) si arriva al Gion. In alternativa l'autobus è a 4 minuti a piedi e la stazione di Kyoto a 17 minuti a piedi. Vicino ci sono Supermercati e diversi localini tipici per mangiare, oltre a un Bagno Pubblico che mi è piaciuto tantissimo. Dovessi tornare a Kyoto tornerei sicuramente qui, mi sono trovata davvero bene. Lo consiglio assolutamente!!! :)

The owner was amazing and hospitable, and let us drop off our bags early. Beds are comfy, shower was great. And no doubt the place is very affordable.

The room is clearly not designed for 5 people, but 4. We had to squeeze the 5th person halfway out the door from the bedroom to the living area. Also, the AC is very dusty. When turning the heater on, we all got dry throats, sore throats, cough, etc. All went away when the windows were open or when we were outside the house, so a bit of a cleanliness problem there. As we went in the winter, it was a major problem for us, and made our stay quite uncomfortable. I would recommend the place with 4 or less people and possibly in a more temperate season where AC is not needed. The room was small, but I guess for the price, reasonable. Although, I don't think they should accept 5 person bookings for the size. Maybe if they removed the wardrobe a 5th person could be fit in. We couldn't use the wardrobe anyway as it was blocked by all of the bedding.
