Spacious for 4 persons. Restroom and shower are separate. One can go to a shower and second person can clean tooth or dry hair, make makeup.

Fantastic location, cheap price, warm bath and washing machine (but no dryer).
The Google map is wrong so we had great trouble finding it. Unaccommodating host refused to let us drop bags before the 4pm check in time which cost us time, money, stress and hassle using coin lockers at the station. Cramped living area, poor internet and overwhelming rule posters plastered on every surface was uninviting.
