Clean, well maintained and modern. They offer free luggage delivery from their office which is 5 minutes walk from Kyoto station. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

Location was decent, with bus stop almost outside the front door, and grocery within 5 min walk. Having check-in location separate from hotel was odd, and we should've taken bus instead of walk towing luggage. Would've been nice to have more than 4-5 small plates and two pots with one cover, but we made do and bought paper plates/bowls from the grocery. Dryer function in shower didn't work well, had it run 10 hrs, but clothes still not dry - need to hang up high where the small amount of heat was. Overall decent stay.

had to walk a lot to find the property. once you are in its good but. not accessible to tokyo station
