東寺のすぐ近くにある為、朝のお勤め(18時お参り)に参加することができた。駐車場(3台あり、駐車できれば無料になる為)がお得。隣の部屋の声は全く聞こえません。周辺に飲食店は少ないが歩いて5分ぐらいの場所に24時間営業のスーパーマーケットがあります。ここの惣菜は種類豊富、安くて美味しかったです。東寺駅も10分以内と近く、京都駅まですぐ行けます。またすぐ近くにバス停もある為(本数多い)、車を置いての移動にも便利です。チェックインの際、スタッフさんの対応も素晴らしく良かったです。

・スタッフの方の対応がとても丁寧でした！！
・車の対応をしてもらえたこと。自転車置きスペを利用できるとこ。
・いろんな場所へのアクセスよし。
・部屋に入った瞬間にアジアン（強烈な香水の匂いが・・・）の香りが毎回して辛かったです。
・階段がとっても急！！
・お値段高い方にしたので東寺が窓から見えるかと思ったら壁でしたー。

对面千年历史的东寺，门口就有公交，7分钟就到近铁，公交便利。房间虽小但五脏俱全，微波炉洗衣机浴缸，居然还有煤气炉。门口有烟灰缸
一些角落有轻微的灰尘，门口玄关换鞋有少许不便，其他都很好

The room was clean; however, the building doesn’t have a lift, so you need to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs. The check-in process was also quite confusing. The address on Google Maps shows the accommodation building, but the reception for check-in is located elsewhere, and this wasn’t explained in advance—not even briefly.
In terms of location, it’s not very convenient, as it takes about 40 minutes by bus to reach the city center.
It doesn’t have lift, location , and also reception is very confused.
